Lobster Ramen – 65/100

Noodle: 20/35

The noodles are medium-thick and flat, initially offering an acceptable texture but quickly becoming soggy. While taste-wise they’re decent, nothing particularly stands out.

Soup: 25/35

The soup delivers a smooth, mellow lobster flavor with a creamy texture, offering a sweet yet savory experience. The lobster taste is well-balanced, though a subtle “metallic” undertone is detectable.

Meat: 15/20

The savory, thin-sliced meat has a slightly chewy texture, but its taste is balanced with well-done marination.

Topping: 5/10

The addition of Negi and onion adds a spicy kick, while the ajitama, although flavorful, suffers from a slightly dry texture.
